What design tasks are in scope
Anything one designer can complete in under 6 hours with the assets already in hand. The task needs clear acceptance criteria — a Figma link, a brand guide reference, or an example of the output you're after.
For multi-discipline work (design + copy + dev), we plan it as a multi-task arc — same pod, sequenced across days. You never re-brief.
How the design pod works
Your pod builds a working knowledge of your design system, component library, and brand voice. By the third task, they know your font stack, your spacing tokens, and which shade of blue is the right one.
Every deliverable comes with an export-ready Figma file and a short Loom walkthrough. One free revision is included per task.
When to use us vs. a dedicated in-house designer

Do you work directly in my Figma file?+
Yes. We'll need Editor access. We work inside your existing structure, follow your component conventions, and document changes in the Figma file's history.
What if I don't have a design system?+
We work from whatever you have — a Figma file, a PDF brand guide, or even screenshots of existing pages. We'll infer conventions and flag inconsistencies as we go.
Can you match an existing brand style?+
Yes. Share your brand guide and existing assets at onboarding. Your pod references them for every task — no re-uploading each time.
Do you do motion or video design?+
Simple animations and Lottie-ready specs, yes. Full motion graphics or video editing is outside our current scope.
