Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of https://1daytasks.com and any services we provide. By using the site or signing up for a plan, you agree to these terms.

Plans are billed every 28 days (monthly) or annually. Annual plans receive a 2-month discount. You can cancel anytime; no cancellation fees, no contracts.

Tasks must fit within the scope of your plan. If a task exceeds 6 hours of work or your plan's concurrency, we'll classify it within 2 hours and propose either a multi-task plan or a fixed-price quote outside the subscription.

One free revision per task. Same-day delivery for tasks submitted by 11am. If a task rolls past EOD, we proactively notify you. If we miss SLA repeatedly without acknowledgement, we'll refund the affected cycle.

• Long-form fixed-bid project work without a separate quote
• Take standing admin access to your systems
• Resell or expose your code, designs, or content to other clients

All work product is yours upon delivery. You retain full ownership of any code, design, copy, or asset we produce on your behalf. We retain no license to your work and don't use it as portfolio without explicit written permission.

We treat all client work as confidential by default. NDAs and DPAs are available on request. Our pod model is built so context is shared within your pod and nowhere else.

Cancel anytime. We don't prorate the current cycle, but you keep access through the end of it. If we fail to deliver promised work in a cycle, contact us — we'll resolve it or refund the affected portion.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
