Anything one specialist can complete in under 6 hours. We classify tasks into four tiers (Class S through B). When you submit, your pod lead confirms the class within 2 hours and sets the delivery window. If it's too large, we tell you immediately — never silently.

What if my task is too big?

We flag it and give you two options: break it into smaller tasks across days (common for features), or get a fixed-price project quote billed outside the subscription.

Will I get the same person every time?

Yes. You're assigned a dedicated pod — same lead, same specialists — who build context on your stack, codebase, and preferences over time.

Every task includes one free revision. If we miss consistently, we'll make it right or refund the cycle.
