1daytasks

How It Works

Submit, classify, ship. All before EOD.

A dedicated pod, a 2 hours response window, and a public rubric for what counts as a 1-day task. Here's the playbook.

Submit. We deliver. You move on.

  1. 01

    Submit (2 min)

Drop your task in Slack or the client portal. Title, description, done-when condition. No scope calls. No estimates requested.

  2. 02

    Classified within 2 hours

Your pod lead reviews, classifies complexity (Class S–B), and confirms it's in progress — or flags it with options if it's too large.

  3. 03

    Delivered by EOD

Loom walkthrough included. One free revision. If it rolls past EOD for any reason, you're notified proactively — never left waiting.

Tasks submitted by 11am are delivered same day. After that? Next business day.

The Class S–B rubric.

We classify every task within 2 hours of submission. Here's the rubric your pod lead uses — published so there are no surprises.

The questions everyone asks before signing up.

Anything one specialist can complete in under 6 hours. We classify tasks into four tiers (Class S through B). When you submit, your pod lead confirms the class within 2 hours and sets the delivery window. If it's too large, we tell you immediately — never silently.

Your backlog isn't going to fix itself.

Pick a 15-minute slot. We'll review your backlog, identify which tasks we can start tomorrow, and match you to the right plan. No decks. No pressure.
