Service
Web app development as a flat-rate subscription
Web app development as a service means submitting bug fixes, UI tweaks, integrations, or new components — and getting a tested, documented PR back the same business day. 1daytasks delivers these tasks under a flat monthly subscription starting at $997/month, with a dedicated pod that retains context across your codebase. Tasks under 6 hours ship by EOD; bigger features get broken into multi-task plans. No hourly rates, no per-task billing, no scope calls.
What's typically in scope
Anything one specialist can complete in under 6 hours, end-to-end. The work has to be self-contained — clear acceptance criteria, no cross-team dependencies, and a stack we support.
If your task crosses 6 hours or needs multiple disciplines (design + dev + copy), we plan it as a 2–4 day multi-task arc — same pod, same context, just sequenced.
Stacks we support
Frontend: React, Next.js, Vue, Astro, Svelte, vanilla JS. Backend: Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), PHP (Laravel). CMS: WordPress, Webflow, Sanity, Contentful. Commerce: Shopify, WooCommerce. Database: Postgres, MySQL, Supabase, Firebase.
If you're on something exotic (Elixir, Clojure, Rust web framework), ask during the audit — we may have specialist pods we can route to.
What 'delivered' looks like
A merged-ready PR (or commit, if you don't use PRs), a Loom walkthrough explaining what changed and why, and any tests we added. For non-code work (CMS edits, content updates), a recorded review of the change.
One free revision is included per task. Most tasks don't need it — the Loom + clear acceptance criteria up front catches misalignment before it ships.

Frequently asked
Can you work in my existing repo?+
Yes. We'll need read/write access (or PR-only access via fork) and access to your CI environment. We respect your conventions, lint rules, and review process.
Do you write tests?+
We write tests when the change touches business logic or has a clear contract. For purely visual or copy-level work, we skip tests unless asked.
What if my task is bigger than 6 hours?+
We break it into a multi-task plan — typically 2–4 days. Same pod, same context, just sequenced.
Do you handle deploys?+
We open the PR; deploys are usually triggered by your CI on merge. We can configure CI/CD pipelines as a separate task if you don't have one.
